This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Venoravexia ("we," "us," or "our") processes refund requests for services purchased through our platform. By enrolling in any course, session, or subscription offered on our platform, you agree to the terms described in this policy.

1. General Refund Principles

We are committed to delivering high-quality educational services and a positive learning experience. If you are not satisfied with a purchase, we encourage you to contact our support team so we can work toward a resolution. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis within the parameters described below.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@venoravexia.com and must include your full name, order reference, the service purchased, and a clear reason for the request.

3.1 Individual Sessions

For individually purchased live sessions or one-on-one lessons, a full refund may be requested up to 48 hours before the scheduled session start time. Requests made after this window will not be eligible for a refund but may be eligible for rescheduling at our discretion.

3.2 Group Sessions and Courses

For group learning programs or structured courses, refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the purchase date, provided that no more than 20% of the course content has been accessed.

3.3 Subscription Plans

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has commenced. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within an active billing cycle.

3.4 Bundles and Packages

Bundled purchases are eligible for a refund only if none of the included services have been accessed. Once any component of a bundle has been used, the entire bundle is considered non-refundable.


4. Rescheduling Policy

As an alternative to a refund, eligible customers may request to reschedule a booked session. Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Each booking may be rescheduled a maximum of two times. Failure to attend a rescheduled session without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the session with no refund issued.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing a purchased service, please contact us immediately at info@venoravexia.com. We will investigate the issue promptly. If the problem is confirmed to originate from our platform and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, you will be entitled to either:

If you accidentally complete a duplicate purchase for the same service, please contact us within 72 hours of the transaction. Upon verification, a full refund will be issued for the duplicate charge. Only one instance of the same purchase will be refunded under this provision.

In certain circumstances, we may offer platform credits or vouchers as an alternative to monetary refunds. Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and must be used within 12 months of issuance. Credits cannot be applied retroactively to past purchases.

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of your account pending investigation. If a chargeback is filed, we reserve the right to provide transaction records and correspondence to the relevant financial institution to contest the dispute.
