This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Venoravexia ("we," "us," or "our") processes refund requests for services purchased through our platform. By enrolling in any course, session, or subscription offered on our platform, you agree to the terms described in this policy.

1. General Refund Principles
We are committed to delivering high-quality educational services and a positive learning experience. If you are not satisfied with a purchase, we encourage you to contact our support team so we can work toward a resolution. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis within the parameters described below.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@venoravexia.com and must include your full name, order reference, the service purchased, and a clear reason for the request.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
2.1 Qualifying Circumstances
A refund may be granted under the following circumstances:
- You have not accessed, downloaded, or consumed any portion of the purchased content or session.
- The refund request is submitted within the applicable refund window as defined in this policy.
- A technical failure on our end prevented you from accessing the service and the issue was not resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
- The service delivered was materially different from its published description at the time of purchase.
- A session was cancelled by the instructor or platform without an equivalent replacement being offered.
2.2 Non-Qualifying Circumstances
Refunds will generally not be granted in the following situations:
- The refund request is submitted after the applicable refund window has expired.
- You have accessed, streamed, or downloaded a significant portion of the course or session content.
- You changed your mind after completing a live or recorded session.
- Failure to attend a scheduled live session without prior notice.
- The request is based on dissatisfaction with learning outcomes that are dependent on individual effort and participation.
- Promotional, discounted, or free trial purchases unless otherwise stated at the time of the offer.
- Partial use of a subscription plan or bundled service package.
3. Refund Windows
3.1 Individual Sessions
For individually purchased live sessions or one-on-one lessons, a full refund may be requested up to 48 hours before the scheduled session start time. Requests made after this window will not be eligible for a refund but may be eligible for rescheduling at our discretion.
3.2 Group Sessions and Courses
For group learning programs or structured courses, refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the purchase date, provided that no more than 20% of the course content has been accessed.
3.3 Subscription Plans
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has commenced. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within an active billing cycle.
3.4 Bundles and Packages
Bundled purchases are eligible for a refund only if none of the included services have been accessed. Once any component of a bundle has been used, the entire bundle is considered non-refundable.
4. Rescheduling Policy
As an alternative to a refund, eligible customers may request to reschedule a booked session. Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Each booking may be rescheduled a maximum of two times. Failure to attend a rescheduled session without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the session with no refund issued.
5. Technical Issues and Service Failures
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing a purchased service, please contact us immediately at info@venoravexia.com. We will investigate the issue promptly. If the problem is confirmed to originate from our platform and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, you will be entitled to either:
- A full or partial refund, depending on the extent of the disruption; or
- Access credit equivalent to the value of the disrupted service, applicable toward a future session or course.
We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by your internet connection, device compatibility issues, or third-party software.
6. Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally complete a duplicate purchase for the same service, please contact us within 72 hours of the transaction. Upon verification, a full refund will be issued for the duplicate charge. Only one instance of the same purchase will be refunded under this provision.
7. Refund Process
7.1 How to Submit a Request
To initiate a refund, send an email to info@venoravexia.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the following information:
- Full name and registered email address
- Order or transaction reference number
- Name of the course, session, or subscription purchased
- Date of purchase
- Reason for the refund request
- Any supporting documentation if applicable (e.g., error messages, screenshots)
7.2 Review Timeline
All refund requests are reviewed within 5 to 10 business days of receipt. We may contact you for additional information during this period. You will receive written notification of our decision via the email address associated with your account.
7.3 Refund Method
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Depending on your financial institution, the refunded amount may take 5 to 15 business days to appear in your account after approval. We are unable to issue refunds to a different payment method than the one originally used.
8. Credits and Vouchers
In certain circumstances, we may offer platform credits or vouchers as an alternative to monetary refunds. Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and must be used within 12 months of issuance. Credits cannot be applied retroactively to past purchases.
9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of your account pending investigation. If a chargeback is filed, we reserve the right to provide transaction records and correspondence to the relevant financial institution to contest the dispute.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our platform with a revised "Last Updated" date.
